Today is the first day of 2010 and I, Dj Rooftop, would like to set it off with a quick look-back at the work that me and my fellow Respect My Hustle Management Group colleges put in last year.

Respect My Hustle Management Group holds a roster of 3 rappers, 3 producers and a kick-ass DJ and is pushed to new heights with an iron fist by two hard-knock bosses.

2009 was a good year for the RMH fam. Touring the world, getting Grammy nominated and landing a track in the Eurovision song contest is just a few of our 2009 achievements. With lots of new experiences in our nap sacks we’re now armed to the teeth with new music to make sure 2010 will be an even greater year.

Area Turns Red 09 REMIX - Timbuktu, Medina, Mohammed Ali, Eboi, Adam Tensta, Stor and Infinite Mass

It is now 15 years since one of Sweden’s first great hip hop groups, Infinite Mass, released the Area Turns Red as a response to the recent xenophobia.
Lasermannen, skinheads on the streets and movies November 30, and Night Bus 807 ended up in the spotlight.

Much has changed since then, but a lot remains the same. Racism and xenophobia have just taken new forms.
Now put the Swedish remix with Timbuktu, Medina, Mohammed Ali, Eboi, Adam Tensta, Stor and Infinite Mass - a bunch of Swedes, many of them were born here, but like all been told that they must go home.

Hiphopklubben Klubb Spiderdogs fortsätter att leverera grymma svenska
bokningar! Efter fem säsonger i Stockholm har klubben nu äntligen öppnat i
Göteborg. Husbandet Spiderdogs med Mofeta & Jerre som värdar har tidigare
gästats av bl.a. Looptroop Rockers, Natural Bond och Ison & Fille. Denna
gång får vi ett efterlängtat återbesök av:

Klubb Spiderdogs gästades av Adam Tensta redan innan det stora
genombrottet med "My Cool" - och det var fantastiskt. Adam verkade gilla

LaLa Land Update pt.2!!!

Just woke up at the Hotel, getting ready for brunch. Yesterday we went down to Venice Beach and checked that out and after that we went to DJ Trouble maker for a studio session.
There was a bunch of people there: Spitfire, 87 Stick Up Kids, Diz Gibran, Micheal James, The RMH boyz and a bunch of other cats as well...expect some future collabos !

LaLa Land Update !!!

Sorry Ive been away from the blog for a few days but LaLa Land have just been to intence so far to get time off for bloggin.

So far we've already done shows at The Swedish Consulate's baallin ass mansion up in Beverly Hills, DJ Mike B brought us to play at Club Bananasplit along DJ A.M. & Lady Tron and yesterday it was time for our show at Viper Room together with Addeboy vs Cliff and also the afterparty at The Standard Hotel (Hollywood) where I blessed the crowd with some smooth sexy electro type shizz.

Tonight we gearing up for Cinespace, In the meanwhile check out our Bambuser cam that streams live from LA whenever we get good Wi-Fi signal.
