A rep for R. Kelly confirms that the Pied Piper will soon release a new disc titled 12 Play: Fourth Quarter. There hasn’t been an official announcement yet from Jive Records, but the lead single is “Hair Braider,” which leaked onto the Internet a couple of weeks ago. The singer has also released an unofficial remix to Mariah Carey’s hit single “Touch My Body.” The album is tentatively slated for a summer release.
